The firm stands on the World Bank list of ineligible firms, under two supplier numbers.
Supplier 707119: Araa Gandi Umar Khan Road, Hikmat Abad, Dera Ismail Khan. Supplier 707223: Sunahri Plaza, Noor Electrical, Toopo Wala, Dera Ismail Khan. Both: X-DEBARRED, cross debarment by the Asian Development Bank, 8 November 2022 to 13 July 2028.
The project awarded the firm a contract in the course of its debarment.

Eligibility was enforced against the other bidders and waived for the debarred firm.
Two bidders rejected: “Does not meet Eligibility Requirements”. Pir Azmat Shah & Sons: evaluated at PKR 970,790,819.34 and awarded.
The same project evaluated the debarred firm again and again; its debarment stopped it nowhere.
